That’s it, you have selected one or more houses you wish to visit but you must organize your trip, book a hotel, find a restaurant, rent a car and make an appointment with the seller who only speaks French!

Visit 4U organizes everything and accompanies you during your visits; you only have to take your train or plane tickets.

3 - Assistance service - Don't get lost in acquisition

Finally, you have found the house of your dreams, but buying a house in France looks like a true headache!

Visit 4U is there to be your coordinating contact, to offer you a property buying assistance and :

- To guide you by explaining the whole acquisition procedure (Compromis, Acte Authentique).
- To assist you by recommanding a notary, by collecting and forwarding necessary documents for signature.
- To indicate what your guarantees are (SRU law, Suspensive Clauses, diagnosis) what your obligations are (sequestration, payment modes, insurances, taxes) and what is negotiable and what is not.
- To translate the main terms or to recommend a sworn translator, for the Compromis (Pre-contract) and the Acte Authentique (final deed).
- To contact the managing agent, in case of an apartment in a building, to know the rules of joint ownership, the state of the building and works in progress.
- Visit 4U's is not here.
- To negotiate and to transmit your offers, but we can ensure their translation.
- To sign the pre-contract on your behalf, but you can appoint a clerk to do so.
