Their commission varies between 3 and 6 6%

Properties offered in the online adverts sites are regularly increasing.
There is no commission.

Delegating a real hunter

They seek for you through agencies, notaries or private sellers.
Their commission varies between 2 to 4.5%, to add to the intermediary’s commission.

Example of fees for the Visit Audits:

For a property which price is lower than 300.000 €, 300 € in zone 1 and 320 € in zone 2.
For a property which price is between 300.000 and 650.000€, 330 € in zone 1 and 350 € in zone 2.
You can have a 50% discount on the 3rd visit when 3 real estate visits are ordered. (see conditions in the Customer File)
